Synergy Mailscan learns from this user behavior, noting specific email addresses selections and adding them automatically to either the blocked or approved sender’s lists.

Future preferred mail is then recognised and automatically released, while persistent spam is consciously blocked. When an email is released, the system automatically checks for additional emails from the same sender. If any are found, these are also released. Entire domains can also be added manually to either blocked or approved lists.

Delegation

Permissions to your quarantined mailbox can be delegated to other registered users, aiding efficient time management of resources.

Search Tool

Mailscan incorporates searching functionality to allow you to locate emails from a specific sender using partial email address, title, or subject information quickly and easily.

Approved Senders

The Approved Senders tool allows you to lookup whether or not an email address is an approved sender. All quarantined messages from approved senders are automatically released and delivered. You can also add an email address or entire domain to the list for approval.
